As customers we all wish to get good service and support from the companies that offer us their products. It is the core responsibility of all the companies to provide commendable customer-support in order to gain good clientele.
However, sometimes these companies are unable to fulfill our demands, probably due to certain restrictions and inabilities.
Here’s one such customer who’s angry with the world’s leading brand for not compensating to his loss. It was Apple who refused to reimburse this guy with a replacement or cashback. This raged him to do something you’re not going to believe.
He randomly entered an Apple store in Dijon, France and started smashing iPhones, iPods and MacBooks displayed there. When the customers tried to stop him from doing it, he screamed,
“Apple is a company that ‘violated’ European consumers’ rights. They refused to reimburse me, I told them: ‘Give me my money back’. They said no. So you know what’s happening? This is happening!”
